Founded in 2005 by Mike and Diana Fox, in response to the critical needs of all emergency personnel. Both are retired police officers and have personal experience with the aftermath of tornadoes, floods and fire. We understand the extreme stress that is placed on emergency personnel during natural disasters. Our board of directors has a combined total of over 100 years of law enforcement, fire and EMS experience. We also have board members with extensive business and construction management experience.
